Paco, a man set free.

Paco, a man set free.

Since his departure from Barcelona, Paco Alcácer has been on a goal scoring spree in Germany. Borussia Dortmund took the player on loan from Spain, only to trigger his release clause a few months later. The deal being announced on Black Friday, has nothing to do with the fact this could be a steal. The 25-year-old is off to good things in the Bundesliga.

Now, why was he so bad at Barcelona?

Style? System? Suárez shadow? Who knows?

Alcácer has proven to be a match winner for Dortmund, especially after scoring that goal against Bayern Munich. Cool, Calm, and Collective.

Dortmund really does suit his style of play, more so than Barcelona.

As I’m writing this, Paco has a goal by the half, against Werder Bremen.

He cant stop scoring, at a rapid pace. 11 goals in 13 league matches. He will probably get another by the end of the match, cause it’s only half time for Werder Bremen.

Proving the doubters wrong, and doing it beautifully, Paco might be setting himself up for a nice Champions League run with Dortmund. Who knows, maybe they play Barcelona in the knockout rounds. There’s no being Cup-Tied this year.

Is this also the year, Bayern gets knocked off the top of Germany? In Paco We Trust.

Just some more drama, to the incredible story lines of soccer.
